A rare Victorian Silver Cuff Bracelet Attributed to Phillips Brothers.
A similar example can be found in the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum
The bracelet composed of silver lies flat and becomes more like a bangle when worn the tube clasp pin is 15k gold.
One of the bracelet hinges is missing (pictured) although still wearable this is more for a collector of a museum piece.
