International:
We provide shipping using DHL Express Worldwide. This takes approximately 3-4 days (depending on location)
Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
Domestic:
We use Royal Mail, orders are sent via special delivery. Items exceeding £2500 will be sent via DHL and will usually be delivered the next working day after shipment.
We aim to ship orders the following working day.
Packaging:
Each item we send is carefully and securely packaged; supplied within the courier requirements in the unlikely event an insurance claim is required.
Customs Declarations:
Please be aware that all customs fees are the responsibility of the customer as we have no control over these. It is your responsibility to look into any applicable fees related to the imported products before ordering. We are unable to refund or reimburse any customs related fees.
Damaged/Lost Items:
In the rare event that an item is received damaged, please contact us immediately with any photos of the damage so that we can find a solution e.g local repair or returns. Due to the unique nature of the items supplied, these cannot be replaced with like for like items.
Where an item has not arrived, please check the tracking details before contacting us, in some instances the item may be stuck in customs/ depots awaiting collection, or has been delivered to someone else at the address. The tracking information page will reveal more information on this.
Public Holidays:
Please note that during public holidays, shipping may be delayed due to high demand. We will do our best to ensure that items ordered during these times get to you as quickly as possible, however this cannot be guaranteed due to high demand and postal issues that arise around this time of year. This applies especially to overseas deliveries.
