Stunning carved shell cameo depicting Aurora with sun rays behind her head. Below is Zeus depicted as an eagle holding a cornucopia.

Aurora is the goddess of day dispelling darkness with her morning light, scattering flowers as the day breaks, symbolizing light, love and fertility.

Cleverly carved showing 3 shades of shell to highlight areas making it look more 3 dimensional.

This is set in a decorative 18k gold mount.
