A splendid, Edwardian era amethyst and diamond pendant necklace.
This pendant features an impressive 22.7 carat pear shaped amethyst and 1.6 carats of old European and single cut white diamonds in a ribbon and flower design so typical of the period.
The amethyst is of an extraordinarily beautiful colour and is accentuated by a 15ct pink gold claw setting.
The pendant rests on a platinum fetter link chain. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime piece.
