Description

This delicious gold and opal pendant, dates back to 1905. Designed by A.H.Jones, made by William Hair Haseler and retailed through liberty & co in bond street. It is intricately crafted from 15k gold in the art nouveau style with the leaves and stems taking inspiration from natural forms such as the sinuous curves of plants and flowers. Set with a large round cabochon opal and 4 smaller opals in rub over settings. The white opals exhibit orange green and blue play of colour.

In good condition however at some point there has been a brooch fitting soldered to the back.

This is a piece by a very good retailer both collectible and to be worn and treasured.
