Description
An impressive mid-Victorian 18k gold cuff bangle. Featuring a superbly carved cameo depicting a young gentleman.
The cameo carved and signed by renouned gem engraver Tommasso Saulini.
The bangle is hinged at the back and opens on a tongue clasp at the front, the shoulders are adourned with accanthus leaf decoration.
Housed in original fitted case, similar examples can be found in the british museum, a true collectors piece.
