What’s your return policy?
We are generally happy to accept returns when a product isn’t as described. However please note if an item has been engraved/customized specifically for you this might not be possible as it will be difficult to resell.
Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?
We ship overseas, please note we generally send items signed and tracked, so if your PO box is set up to accept signature delivers then we can ship there.

How long can I reserve an item?
Items are only reserved when added to the cart, because there is a limited amount of unique items this will reset after leaving the site. If you would like to reserve an item longer, please contact us to discuss this.
